
Coulet was created in 1872. After 133 years the company still belongs to the same family (the 5th generation is coming). Today, they are the 3rd producer of Roquefort. Moreover, they recently extended their product range with other sheep-milk cheeses such as Tommes from the Pyrenees and a type of feta.
Their Roquefort obtained Gold Medals in the Concours Général Agricole in 2004, 2005 and 2006!
